Chicken Meat

The poultry is slaughtered according to Islamic rituals.

The Process is unter Halal Certification and strict supervision.

This method makes the slaughter more painless and prevents harmful substances from accumulating in meat.

Broilers are sanitarily chilled using dry cooling technology.

Following the cooling process,broilers are automatically weighed on the conveyor belt and classfied according to their weight with computerized systems.

In order to obtain a more tender breast meat, the cut-up line has installed "Rapid Rigor" system.

Records  are kept for all information collected to ensure traceability and quality assurance.
